2. Merchant KYC Verification Documents
Merchant PAN numbers, business registration certificates, and citizenship photos are stored in secure encrypted vaults and reviewed solely for compliance and fraud prevention.
3. Location & GPS Tracking
Customer and courier location data is accessed only during active order fulfillment to calculate shop distances and display live delivery navigation. We never sell or share location history with third-party advertisers.
4. No Financial PINs or OTPs
Hami Chhau staff will never ask for your eSewa password, Khalti MPIN, bank account credentials, or OTP codes. Payments are processed securely via official payment gateways.
5. Data Deletion Rights
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via Delete Account.
